Ahhhhhh.....the infamous work glove. That can only mean one thing in the Powell household. Time to work. Saturday started off with a bang when Mark went out to run some errands and decided to stop by the local rock and stone company to check prices on some rock to go around our now lined tank in the backyard. After some discussion we had 30+ tons of rock delivered to our home.
This is only one pile of rock. There are two others. Blocking my driveway.
Ella wanted to help so badly. She tried to pick up as many rocks as she possibly could. The biggest chore of the day however, was trying to keep her off the piles of rocks. She thought she was a champion rock climber.
This is how we handle incompetent wheelbarrows. Don't mess with us.
It is going to take us forever. There is so much ground, so much rock and so little arm strength, well, on my part......
....not so much on his. Don't tell him I posted this, he'll kill me! Ahhh!! Love his arms!
Sunday, we hung out on the hammock. It was beautiful as is this little boy.
And this little girl!
