Once again, I have been blessed beyond measure with some wonderful friends. Last night I was surprised by Mark and my coffee night friends with an awesome evening at Rancho Loma. I had been talking about wanting to get together with several other couples to go out there for my birthday, but the dates were just not panning out. Mark had several shows during the weekends that others were going to be able to go and so I had just lost hope that it would work out. My sweet friends had heard me talking about it and how it wasn't going to work out and they decided they would make it happen. Anyway, right before Mark got in from work I had decided to take a quick shower and then once he got home I ran out to start the grill for our dinner. He just looked at me and said, "Step away from the grill. People are going to be here in 5 minutes and you have to get dressed." Nice. So, in a mad dash I got dressed and dried my hair. Luckily I had decided to shower!! Once out at the restaurant we had an impromptu photo session and I took a lot of couples shots. It was so much fun. I told everyone to pretend it was their engagement session. Ha! The food was delicious and the atmosphere terrific. A storm was rolling in and the weather was perfect! I could not have asked for a better 30th. Thank you guys!!!

Wow, what beautiful pictures!!!! Wish I had been one of the girls there. Thought about you all day. Remember if you survive 30, you can do anything:) You know our 30th years aren't typical. Tell Macy we said Happy Birthday. Love ya girl.
