Fail. Epic Fail.

Attempts were made.  Attempt failed.  Miserably.  My friend Kim and I decided that we wanted to attempt taking our kids out to a field of bluebonnets yesterday and coerse them into participating in a photoshoot.  Please remind me that I found it difficult to take pictures of just two kids, let alone now a third whom wants to eat bluebonnets and crawl off on her own adventure.

Very Unhappy Participant.

Not only did I have problems with the kids, apparently I had something turned up wrong on my settings because everything was BRIGHT!!!!  I tried to do some editing in LR and once again.....FAIL.

This one however made me smile.  Even though it was a rough go of it there were a few that made it worth it.

I see another attempt in my future.....

It's so hard taking pictures of unwilling children :) But the flowers are gorgeous, and it looks like you got at least a couple keepers there.

With or without willing participants, or even pretty scenery, your kids are still super duper cute, and I can't wait to do it again! Loving the bottom picture of Ella though. And Macy crying is pretty sweet. :)

I'm with ya... it's hard enough to take pictures of 2 kids! The colors in that first picture are so bright and beautiful though! I think you should have asked me to be in your pictures... I have a dress that matches Ella's and Macy's! ;)

So sorry, girl. That must be tough. We had enough of a time with one. He also tried to eat them... :) That is a great BB patch, though. Awesome! And your kids are beautiful (the one of Macy crying cracks me up), so it wasn't a total bust!

I'm glad to know I'm not the only mom who has kids that don't enjoy pictures. I feel like I don't have any good pictures of my two girls together. Your kidos are beautiful!
