In the Meantime

I can't get any video hosting site to upload Ella's singing video, so I'm pretty bummed. Sorry to all who were anticipating seeing this exciting display of talent. Maybe I'll get it figured out today. Who knows. In the meantime, I thought I could post a picture of Ella with electrical tape on her face. Strange I know, but Ella loves "stickers". In fact, when I went to the post office the other day to buy stamps for our Christmas cards, Ella screamed out as we entered the front door, "STICKERS!!!!" Ha, Stinkin' expensive stickers!!! So, Ella had to settle with the little sticky strips between the stamps. She was okay with it. I was trying to handle with the situation without too much nashing of teeth.

I'm for certain that Brooke is NOT checking my page this week due to her new arrival yesterday, but I just wanted to say Congratulations to her and how excited I am that she is a new mom to Miss Audrey!! Way to go Brooke!!! Shannon, hurry up!! I'm stalking your blog several times a day to see if you're headed to the hospital. Can you tell that there is a lot of excitement going on around here? Truthfully, I'm really enjoying living with my inlaws and I will be sad to go when the house is complete. We are excited though that we have a new anticipated date of completion for the house. They believe if everything stays on pace like it has, but let's not forget the holidays are coming quickly, that we should be finished building either the last of January or the first of February!!! That is earlier than we expected, but I'm still hoping for anytime before April. I know things can change quickly with schedules and weather, but as of right now we are sheet rocked, taped and (bedded??). Today is supposed to be warmer and not as windy so hopefully our roof will be completed and more bricking done. We will see!! Thank you for the prayers! Hope everyone is doing well and finished with their shopping!! The mall is a scary place!!
